Greetings to you beloved of The Lord.

I welcome you to the year 2025.

This year has been declared as The Year of Greater Impact. The previous year was no doubt a remarkable one as we experienced the grace and power of God in diverse ways.

The year that was challenging for many gave room for our faith to be strengthened with greater manifestation of God’s grace and power. We saw many miracles, healings, spiritual growth, supernatural provisions, direction, divine encounters, promotions and much more.

The word for 2025 is “Greater Impact”. The word “Greater” is a comparative form of the word “Great”.

The word “great” connotes many things. It is something of major significance or importance. It is something that is remarkable in degree, magnitude or effect. It can also be something that is larger in size or number than others of its kind.

In Genesis 1:14-18, God made two lights in the firmaments. One to rule the day and the other to rule the night. The sun is the greater light while the moon is the lesser light. The sun is greater than the moon because of its size, power and the intensity of its light. Both are lights but one is greater than the other. So it means that for something to be said to be greater than another, then what makes it greater has to be visible and evident enough for such comparison to be made.

Since the word for this year is greater impact, then it means that it in comparison with the great things that happened in the previous year, this year will witness so much more in number, size, effect and magnitude. It means whatever we saw last year is nothing to be compared with what we will see this year because it will be surpassed. It will indeed be one of GREATER IMPACT.

This also means there is more to be done and more to be accomplished. It is a call for greater responsibility and service. It is not a time to play around or lazy about. It is season where Gods desires to do more in us, with us and through us.

YOUR ROLE IN THIS
Every prophetic word is a direction from God. It gives you placement and positioning in God’s plan for your life, the kingdom and the world at large.

For us to key into the word for this season, we have to be available and be yielded to God.

No matter how intelligent, resourceful and gifted you are, you will remain useless to God if you are not available to be used by him. You must make yourself available to him in your personal devotion and in corporate fellowship. This is a sign that shows that you are ready to both commune with Him and manifest His word in your life

The second thing is that you must be yielded to Him. You must be willing to move every time and everywhere he leads. Obedience is sign of being yielded. Though one can obey a direction unwillingly, one cannot be yielded and not be obedient. Obedience is the fruit of a yielded soul.

As you make yourself more available and yielded to God in this year of Greater Impact, God will reveal himself more to you and He will show you great and mighty things.

I see you doing more for the Lord beyond what your mind can conceive.
